Kimiyoshi Kibe is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on April 13, 1964, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Production Tanc and has previously been associated with Aoni Production and Suginoko Pro. He is known for his versatility in portraying a wide range of supporting characters across anime, television dramas, and foreign film dubs.

Kibe's career includes numerous anime television series. One of his early notable roles was as Battera in the 1999 version of Hunter x Hunter, a role he later reprised in the OVA sequels Hunter x Hunter: Greed Island. In the long-running series Naruto Shippuden, he provided the voice for宇智波铁火 (Uchiha Tekka). He also played the role of将军德川定定 (General Tokugawa Sadashige) in the popular series Gintama. Kibe has made multiple appearances in the Detective Conan franchise, portraying characters such as足立公造 (Adachi Kozo) in 2015,鸟羽山岩 (Tobayama Iwao) in 2017, and奥田 (Okuda) in 2020. His other television anime credits include a church officer in the Clannad: After Story, a manager in Sgt. Frog, a search inspector in Golgo 13, a knight in Dragon Warrior: The Great Adventure of Dai, and a fleet commander in Minami-ke: Okawari.

Among his more recent roles is the part of Dr. Ochanomizu in the 2015 OVA series Little Astro Boy. He has also appeared in modern series such as Lupin the Third Part 5 and Part 6, Gurazeni, and Bubblegum Ninja. In addition to his voice work, Kibe has had a steady career as a screen actor in Japanese television dramas including Hotaru no Hikari, Woman, Lucky Seven, and The Hours of My Life.

He is a native speaker of the Osaka dialect and serves as a dialect coach for other actors in productions that require that specific accent.
