Julien Bouanich is a French actor and voice actor active since the late 1990s. Born in 1987 in Les Lilas, Île-de-France, France, he has built a substantial career spanning both on-screen performances and French dubbing for film and television. Trained at the Ecole Mathieu and the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique, his background includes extensive work in theatre, film, and television.

While Bouanich has appeared in live-action films such as Robert Guédiguian's The Army of Crime (L'armée du crime) and Wim Wenders' Submergence, he is best known for his prolific voice work. He provides the French voices for numerous English-speaking actors across film and television series.

Bouanich has voiced several prominent characters in major American franchises. He is the French voice of actor Nat Wolff, notably dubbing him as Light Turner in the 2017 Netflix film adaptation of Death Note. In the realm of anime-adjacent adaptations, he provided the French voice for Justin Chatwin as the titular character in the 2009 live-action film Dragonball Evolution. In the Star Wars universe, he voiced a young Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace and later voiced Ezra Bridger in the live-action series Star Wars: Ahsoka.

His extensive voiceography includes significant roles in both live-action dubbing and animation. He is the recurring French voice for actors such as Casey Cott (Kevin Keller on Riverdale and Katy Keene), Josh Wiggins (various roles), and Tom Taylor. He dubbed Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark in The Hunger Games franchise and Andrew Garfield as Eduardo Saverin in The Social Network. In animation, his credits include voicing Little Foot in the French dub of The Land Before Time VII: The Stone of Cold Fire, Zip in Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas, and the character Gom in the acclaimed French animated film Le tableau (The Painting). He has also taken over the role of the character Polochon in later French dubs of The Little Mermaid.
