Tomo Nakai, also known as Nakai Tomo, is a Japanese actress and voice actor born on January 6, 2000, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. Her career includes a range of roles in both live-action films and animated series, with voice acting credits beginning to appear prominently in the early 2020s.

In animation, Nakai is recognized for her role as Kyōko Ebara in the series Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26. She also voices Tabane Yabata in Call Me by No-Name. Her work includes the role of Mana Miyauchi, a character she portrays across multiple projects. She voices this character in the anime series Baby Walkure Everyday!, and also appears as the same character in live-action films including Baby Assassins: 2 Babies and Baby Assassins: Nice Days.
