Nozomi Nirei is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Holy Peak. She was born in Tokyo on May 21, 2001.

Nirei began her entertainment career using the stage name Sera Nozomi as a member of the idol group NEEDS, which she joined in June 2019. She later signed with Holy Peak as a voice actress in May 2021. Her journey to voice acting was inspired by a deep love for the Love Live! franchise, and she previously auditioned for a role in Love Live! Superstar!! before being cast in her debut role.

Nirei's professional voice acting debut and her most significant role to date is Kaho Hinoshita in the Love Live! multimedia project Love Live! Hasu no Sora Jogakuin School Idol Club. She voices the character across various media, including the mobile app Link! Like! Love Live!, the short films, and the live concerts. She reprises this role in the upcoming anime film Eiga Love Live! Hasu no Sora Jogakuin School Idol Club: Bloom Garden Party scheduled for release in 2026, as well as a television anime series for the project set to begin airing in January 2027. As part of this project, she performs in the voice acting unit Hasu no Sora Jogakuin School Idol Club and its subunit Cerise Bouquet.
