Kazuma Ōtorino is a Japanese light novel author, recognized as the original creator behind the anime and manga series Nanana's Buried Treasure. His name in Japanese is written as 鳳乃一真, with the romanization Ōtorino Kazuma. He resides in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.

Ōtorino began his career by entering his work Nanana's Buried Treasure in the 13th Entame Grand Prize competition in 2011, where it won the award in the novel category. He officially debuted as a writer the following year in 2012, when the winning novel was published under the Famitsu Bunko imprint by KADOKAWA and enterbrain. This debut work remains his most prominent creation.

The success of the Nanana's Buried Treasure light novel series led to its adaptation into an anime television series, which aired from April to June 2014. The story revolves around a mysterious girl named Nanana Ryūgajō and a treasure she left buried, blending adventure, mystery, and supernatural elements. A manga adaptation of the series was also produced, crediting Ōtorino as the original creator.
