Takahiro Shimada is a Japanese voice actor born on June 1 in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. He stands 176 cm tall and is a graduate of Kyoido Junior High School in Ota and Oizumi High School in Gunma Prefecture. He is affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Cooperative, also known as Haikyo.

Shimada began his voice acting career in the 2010s and has built a diverse portfolio across anime, video games, and dubbing for international films and television series. In the anime television series Giant Beasts of Ars, he provided the voice for the character Baban. For the series Deep Insanity: The Lost Child, he voiced Nicholas Kruger, a role that appears in multiple episodes of the show. In the CG anime series Ronja the Robber's Daughter, produced by Polygon Pictures and directed by Goro Miyazaki for NHK, he voiced the character Knotas.
