Brock Powell is an American voice actor whose work spans anime, animation, video games, and commercial campaigns. Powell grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, where they developed an early interest in impressions and character voices. They pursued this passion academically by majoring in theater at Concordia University Irvine in California. Following their graduation, Powell gained initial experience working at Disneyland, contributing voice work to the live show Turtle Talk with Crush and serving as a theme park tour guide. A significant mentorship with Bill Farmer, the voice of Goofy, encouraged Powell to formally pursue a career in voice-over work.

In the realm of anime, Powell is known for providing the English voice for several notable characters. They voice the role of Shigorō Hikizuri in the Netflix original anime series Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre, an anthology series adapting the horror manga of Junji Ito. Powell also voices the character Wilhelm van Astrea in the English dub of the popular isekai series Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-.
