Brock Powell is an American voice actor whose work spans anime, animation, video games, and commercial campaigns. Powell grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, where they developed an early interest in impressions and character voices. They pursued this passion academically by majoring in theater at Concordia University Irvine in California. Following their graduation, Powell gained initial experience working at Disneyland, contributing voice work to the live show Turtle Talk with Crush and serving as a theme park tour guide. A significant mentorship with Bill Farmer, the voice of Goofy, encouraged Powell to formally pursue a career in voice-over work.

In the realm of anime, Powell is known for providing the English voice for several notable characters. They voice the role of Shigorō Hikizuri in the Netflix original anime series Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre, an anthology series adapting the horror manga of Junji Ito. Powell also voices the character Wilhelm van Astrea in the English dub of the popular isekai series Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-. Their other anime credits include the role of the robotic Mosco Versa-0 in the Netflix dub of Edens Zero, as well as work on series such as Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story and various adaptations of Rurouni Kenshin.

Powell's voice acting career extends well beyond anime into a wide array of American animation, where they are a frequent collaborator with Disney Television Animation. They have provided multiple character voices for the Disney Junior series Mickey Mouse Funhouse, including Willie the Giant, Sneezel the Weasel, and Teddy the Doghouse, and have voiced Santa Claus in several of the studio's stop-motion holiday specials. Their work with Disney also includes roles in Big Hero 6: Baymax Dreams, Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe, and the series Hamster & Gretel, in which they voice the character Lyle, also known as FistPuncher. Their animation portfolio further includes appearances in Milo Murphys Law and Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Beyond television and film, Powell has contributed their voice to several prominent video games. Their game credits include roles in major titles such as Genshin Impact, The Last of Us Part II, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood. Powell has also brought their voice to commercial campaigns, notably as a voice for the iconic Kool-Aid Man character, and has done paid work performing impressions. Their training includes classical theatre, improv at Second City Las Vegas with coach Jason Sudeikis, and stand-up comedy.
