Seiko Ueda is a Japanese voice actress known for her work in anime, video games, and foreign film dubbing. She was born on December 12, 1981, in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. Ueda is affiliated with the talent agency Accent.

Before pursuing voice acting as a career, Ueda worked at a travel agency while attending voice training school. She later relocated to Tokyo to further her training, becoming a sixth-generation graduate of the Shine training program affiliated with Accent. Her debut as a voice actress came in 2006 with a role in the animated film Paprika.

Ueda's anime voice roles include Mayumi in Dennou Coil, Irene in Garo The Animation, Hinoe Shigami in Battle Spirits Double Drive, and a replacement performance as Hiroshi Nakajima in the long-running series Sazae-san. She has also appeared in supporting roles in major series such as Naruto Shippuden, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, and Mobile Suit Gundam AGE. In the Netflix horror anthology series Junji Ito Maniac Japanese Tales of the Macabre, she provides the voice for a character named Ren. Her work in anime also encompasses roles in productions like Kaiba, Tiger Bunny, and Inazuma Eleven Ares no Tenbin.
