Hiroe Igeta is a Japanese actress and model who is primarily known for her live-action roles, but she has also performed anime voice-over work, most notably reprising her character from the Kamen Rider franchise. Born in Fukuoka Prefecture on February 3, 1997, she graduated from the School of Human Sciences at Waseda University. Before beginning her acting career, she was a runner-up in the Miss Teen Japan beauty pageant in 2013.

Igeta is best known for her portrayal of Yua Yaiba, also known as Kamen Rider Valkyrie, in the 2019 to 2020 tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Zero-One. This live-action role marked a significant breakthrough in her career. While her primary work has been in live-action television and film, she has provided voice acting for animated projects featuring the same character.

In the anime realm, Igeta voices Yua Yaiba in the web series Kamen Rider Zero-One Short Anime Everyone's Daily Life. This series of short anime episodes was released on the Toei Tokusatsu Fanclub app and focuses on the everyday lives of characters from the main live-action series. She has also provided voice work for the character in other special projects, such as the 2022 web series Kamen Rider Jeanne & Kamen Rider Aguilera with Girls Remix. Her vocal performance as Yua Yaiba extends to other media, including the song I Want To Hear Your Voice, which is performed in character.

Igeta has collaborated with Toei Company, the producer of the Kamen Rider series, on multiple productions.
