Kōzō Mito is a Japanese voice actor born on June 8, 1979 in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. He began his career in 2002 and is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab, having previously been a member of Dojinsha Productions. Known for his tenor vocal range, Mito has built a diverse filmography across anime, video games, and dubbing projects. His body of work includes several prominent roles in major anime franchises. He is recognized for voicing Gunther Schultz, a member of the elite Special Operations Squad, in the series Attack on Titan, and he reprised this role for the recap films and the comedic spin-off Attack on Titan: Junior High. Within the Code Geass franchise, he voices Kanon Maldini, also known as The Red Queen, in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 and the film Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection. Mito has also contributed to the Duel Masters franchise as the character Dobin-sensei. His other anime roles include Takeshi Jinno in Immortal Grand Prix, Smile also known as Number Four in Battle Spirits: Shōnen Toppa Bashin, Giuseppe in Gunslinger Girl: Il Teatrino, and Suguro in Ginga e Kickoff!!. In the original net animation Ninjala, he voices Lucy's Father, and in the series My Daemon, he plays the role of Meiru Ogi. A recurring element in Mito's career is his long-term association with The King of Fighters video game series, where he provides the voice for Joe Higashi, a role he has played in The King of Fighters XIV, The King of Fighters XV, and the animated series The King of Fighters: Destiny.
