Sa Moon Yeong is a South Korean voice actress born on February 27, 1980. She made her debut in 2011 through the KBS voice actor association and currently works as a freelancer.

Her portfolio includes a wide range of voice work in animation and video games. She is known for providing the Korean voice of Haru, the main character in the stop-motion animated series Pokémon Concierge. Her other notable animation roles include Fluttershy and Adagio Dazzle in My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks, Kiara in The Lion Guard, and various characters in Catch!
