Kazumi Togashi is a Japanese voice actress known for her work in anime, video games, and foreign film dubbing. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab and was born on February 21 in Hiroshima Prefecture. Her career in voice acting began around 2010, where she initially took on a variety of smaller roles in major long-running series. Her early credits include appearances in Doraemon, where she voiced characters such as a child and a housewife; in the supernatural action series Fate/Zero, playing a child; and in the long-running detective series Case Closed, where she played roles like an operator and a friend.

Togashi is most widely recognized for her first major leading role as Sekai Kamiki, the martial arts-loving protagonist of the Gundam Build Fighters Try television series in 2014. She continued to voice the same character in the follow-up special Gundam Build Fighters Try Island Wars in 2016 and reprised the role years later for the online series Gundam Build Metaverse in 2023. This character became her signature role, and she appeared in official stage events for the franchise, such as at C3TOKYO 2016, where she discussed her approach to the character and her experience returning to the role for the Island Wars special.

In addition to her work in the Gundam franchise, Togashi has taken on other significant roles. In 2015, she voiced the young protagonist苍月潮 (Aotsuki Ushio) in the anime adaptation of the classic manga Ushio and Tora, a role that expanded her range beyond the mecha genre. Her voice acting portfolio also includes a role in the science fantasy game Gunslinger Stratos and contributions to the Diablo III Japanese dub.

Togashi has a diverse set of skills that complement her voice work, including proficiency in the Hiroshima dialect, the ability to mimic animal noises such as cats and goats, and experience in jazz dance and singing. Her hobbies are reported to include visiting shrines and temples, drawing, cooking, and creating computer games. Beyond anime, she has built a substantial body of work in dubbing for foreign television series and films, providing the Japanese voices for characters in shows like Arrow, the Korean drama The Moon Embracing the Sun, and the historical film The Grandmaster.
