Risa Watanabe is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency Ken Production. She is from Miyagi Prefecture and her birthday is September 29. She trained at the voice acting academy School Duo as a member of its 17th advanced class.

Watanabe began her voice acting career in the 2010s. Her early anime roles include appearances in long-running series such as Doraemon, Crayon Shin-chan, and Sazae-san. Her extensive list of television anime credits includes roles in My Roommate is a Cat,来自缤纷世界的明天, The Aquatope on White Sand, and Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun. In 2023, she voiced characters in several notable series, including the roles of Kawatani and a female student in Skip and Loafer and a zombie in Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead.
