Shawn Smith is a voice actor and singer based in Alameda, California, who began his professional voice over career in 2008. He grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Audio Production. Smith is represented by Stars the Agency in San Francisco and AB2 Talent in Los Angeles. In addition to his voice acting work, he has served as a guest instructor and the School Director at Voice One in San Francisco.

Smith is best known for voicing the role of Supreme Commander Zeu in both the anime series Sand Land: The Series and the accompanying video game Sand Land, based on the work of Akira Toriyama. His performance in Sand Land was directed by veteran voice actress Wendee Lee, whom he has credited as an influential collaborator on the project. His other significant voice roles include the recurring parts of Bone Shaker and Motosaurus for the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks franchise.
