Feodor Chin is an American actor, voice artist, writer, and comedian recognized for his extensive work in animation, video games, and anime dubbing. Born in San Francisco, California, he was classically trained in acting at the University of California, Los Angeles and the American Conservatory Theater, and he has studied under acting coach Larry Moss. Chin is also a performer who has worked with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, where he was a Maude Night performer for three seasons, and he has written for the CBS Diversity Comedy Showcase.

Chin is a prolific voice actor whose career spans numerous high-profile video game franchises, including the role of the omnic monk Zenyatta in Overwatch and Overwatch 2, Lee Sin in League of Legends, and various roles in Ghost of Tsushima, such as Harunobu Adachi and Yamato. He has also lent his voice to major animated series, taking over the role of Leo Wong and Scoop Chang in the 2023 revival of Futurama, as well as appearing in Marvel's What If...? and Cartoon Network's Regular Show.

Within the realm of anime and Japanese animation dubbing, Chin has secured several significant lead and supporting roles. He is the voice of the title character Ojisan (Uncle) in the English-language version of the Netflix series Uncle From Another World, which matches his role as Yousuke Shibazaki in that series. His other notable anime voice credits include Kiichiro Wakayama in Golden Kamuy - The Hunt of Prisoners in Hokkaido-, Matsu in The Fable, and Tian Yong in the long-running historical anime Kingdom. These roles demonstrate his range in performing characters across different genres, from fantasy comedies to historical dramas.
