Kissei Kumamoto is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on October 25, 1957, in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office. Kumamoto stands approximately 174 centimeters tall, has blood type A, and his voice is classified as baritone.
Kumamoto began his career in the entertainment industry after becoming a disciple of actor Shoichi Ozawa, entering the show business world in May 1975.
