Rin Namino is a Japanese voice actress and stage performer born on September 23, 1978, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management agency Kenyu Office and has a height of 157cm with blood type A. Her special skills include hand whistling and traditional Japanese dance, while her hobbies are reading and going out in kimono. Early in her career, she performed under the stage name Rin Tachibana. She trained at the Yokozawa Keiko Voice Actor & Narrator School and was previously associated with the agency Yu-rin Pro before working as a freelance artist for approximately six and a half years. In February 2018, she signed with Kenyu Office and began using the name Rin Namino. Her voice acting portfolio includes work in anime, video games, foreign film and television dubbing, as well as live stage productions. In video games, she is known for providing the voice of Martha in Final Fantasy XVI. Her extensive dubbing career includes providing the Japanese voice for the character Nonce, portrayed by actress Charlotte Riley, in the science fiction action film Edge of Tomorrow, which is known in Japan as All You Need Is Kill. Other notable dubbing credits include roles in The Reader, Homeland, Star Wars: The Bad Batch, Ant-Man and the Wasp, The Crown, and Grey's Anatomy. Within anime, her roles include appearances in Gintama, Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai, Dororo, Sazae-san, and Polyphonica. Beyond voice work, Namino has a background in stage performance, having appeared in theatrical productions such as Carmen, Macbeth's Wife, and Daidai no Ue. She also served as a radio personality for the segment Radio The Anison-kan on the program Seishun Rajimania, demonstrating her versatility across different areas of entertainment.
