His other anime credits from this period include appearances in Ai Yori Aoshi Enishi, Duel Masters Charge, and Mirmo!.
Beyond anime, Mogi's voice acting work extended to video games and dubbing. He contributed to the Japanese versions of games such as Princess Maker and Atelier Judie: The Alchemist of Gramnad. In the field of dubbing, he voiced characters for foreign films like the Hong Kong action-comedy Fight Back to School. He was also active in children's programming, providing the voice for Toodles, the helpful robot, in the Japanese dub of Disney's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and for the character Samy in the animated series Jimmy Two-Shoes.
