Risa Yuzuki is a Japanese singer, lyricist, and voice actor born on February 16 in Gifu Prefecture. She is a graduate of the law faculty at Waseda University in Tokyo. Her career began in the music industry, where she gained recognition as a vocalist for doujin music circles such as少女分形 (Shoujo Fractal) and 幽閉サテライト (Yuuhei Satellite), performing songs related to the Touhou Project. In 2019, she graduated from Yuuhei Satellite to establish her own independent music label, Luminaria, under which she continues to release self-produced albums and pursue her activities as a vocalist and lyricist. She is affiliated with the talent agency hive-six.

As a voice actor, Yuzuki has taken on roles across anime, games, and stage productions. One of her notable early roles is Mizune Masaki in the original video animation series Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki, specifically its fourth season released in 2016. Her other voice acting credits in animation include the role of Nakajima Misaki in the television anime King's Game (2017) and a minor role as a female student in Slave District The Animation (2018). She has also provided voices for video games, such as the character Daraku in Eshin no Kizuna and a role in the mobile game NieR Re[in]carnation. Beyond anime and games, her work extends to 2.5D stage productions, with appearances in musicals and stage plays like the Tenchi Muyo! stage play, where she portrayed the character Aeka.

Throughout her career, Yuzuki has been involved in recurring collaborations, particularly with the music producer and composer BlackY. Together, they have released numerous collaborative albums and singles, and she frequently provides vocals and lyrics for his original songs featured in various music games. Her work as a singer and lyricist is extensive and highly regarded in the music game community. She has contributed songs to major franchises including beatmania IIDX, SOUND VOLTEX, DanceDanceRevolution, Taiko no Tatsujin, maimai, and Arcaea. A notable achievement includes her song Λkasha for SOUND VOLTEX, which won the grand prize in the KONAMI Arcade Championship 2023 Original Song Contest.

Yuzuki is known for her versatile singing voice, which features a wide range and strong core, allowing her to perform various genres such as rock, club music, and folk music with fictional languages. She is also active as a live performer, having held solo concerts in Japan and internationally, including a successful one-woman live show in Shanghai, China, in January 2024. Her hobbies include playing music games, drawing, and cosplay.
