Mizuki Yamashita is a Japanese actress, singer, and model who is best known for her work as a live-action performer and as a former member of the idol group Nogizaka46. She was born in Tokyo on July 26, 1999. While primarily recognized for her roles in television dramas and films, she has ventured into voice acting.

Yamashita made her voice acting debut in 2025, taking on the role of Madoka Tsuburai in the feature film Detective Conan: One-eyed Flashback. This marked her first job voicing an anime character, a researcher at the Nobeyama observatory. Her casting was part of a special guest voice appearance for the 28th movie in the long-running Detective Conan franchise.

In terms of the series My Love Story With Yamada-kun at Lv999, Yamashita is not a voice actor for the anime adaptation.
