Rui Tsukishima is a Japanese actress, model, and voice actress. Born on March 1, 2008, in Kanagawa, Japan, she began her career in the entertainment industry as an idol before transitioning to modeling and acting. Early in her career, she performed under the names Rurua Nanase and later simply Rui. In August 2022, she was crowned Miss Seventeen, becoming an exclusive model for the fashion magazine Seventeen. Her live-action acting credits include a guest role as Kozue Hayama in episodes of the television series Kamen Rider Geats.

As a voice actress, Tsukishima is known for her role as Runa Sasaki in the My Love Story With Yamada-kun at Lv999 franchise. She first portrayed the character in the 2025 live-action film adaptation, providing the voice for the in-game character Runa Sasaki. She is set to reprise the role of Runa Sasaki in the upcoming anime television series adaptation of the same title, scheduled for release in 2026.
