David Cui Cui is a bilingual Asian American voice actor based in Los Angeles. He is of Chinese descent and works in both English and Japanese. His entry into the voice acting profession came after he had already graduated from university. On a whim, he decided to pursue a career in voice acting despite having no previous formal training in the field. Prior to this transition, he worked as an engineer.

Cui Cui has built a portfolio of roles across video games, anime, and audio dramas. In video games, his notable characters include Akira Tadokoro in Live A Live, the Male Tempest class in Diablo: Immortal, Mr. Nothing in Arknights, and Vedrfolnir in Genshin Impact. In the realm of anime, he has contributed to several notable productions. He provides the voice for Zaitsu in the anime film 100 Meters, a character described as a key athletic competitor. His other anime work includes roles in Kingdom and The First Slam Dunk.
