Shiho Nanba is a Japanese singer and voice actress born on June 14, 1993, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She began her entertainment career at a young age, having experience in singing, dancing, and stage acting as a child before meeting a producer who encouraged her to pursue singing professionally. Nanba made her independent debut as a singer in late 2008 at the age of fifteen, quickly gaining attention for her clear and sweet vocal tone.

While Nanba is primarily recognized for her work as a singer, she has taken on select voice acting roles in anime. She is known for providing the voice of Hanako Sumitomo in the 2017 television series 18if. Her other credited voice role is Lilia in the series Karl to Fushigi na Tō.
