Yoshihisa Yamamoto is a Japanese voice actor known for his work in anime series, original net animations, and video games. He was born on December 2 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, and stands 178 centimeters tall. Yamamoto is a graduate of the Visual Techno Academy, a vocational school for voice acting and entertainment.

Yamamoto's career includes numerous supporting and guest roles across a wide range of popular anime franchises. In the long-running series Lupin the Third, he has voiced several characters, including Soldier A in the 2019 television special Lupin III: Goodbye Partner, Lucas and a communication center employee in Lupin the Third Part 5, and a firefighter in Lupin the Third Part 6. He has also appeared in multiple installments of the GARO franchise, playing an opposition politician in GARO -Crimson Moon-, a doctor and system voice in GARO -VANISHING LINE-, and an aristocrat in the film Usuzumizakura -Garo-. Other notable anime credits include a policeman in Gintama, a web staff member in Devilman Crybaby, a villager in the Blame! movie, a rider in Super Cub, and narration and search team roles in the 2022 series Yurei Deco.

Beyond television and film, Yamamoto has contributed to several major video game titles. He provided additional Japanese voice casting for high-profile releases such as Final Fantasy XVI, Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin, NEO: The World Ends with You, Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age, and Nioh 2. He was also part of the Japanese voice cast for the survival horror game Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Final Fantasy XV's Episode Ardyn downloadable content. His work in original net animations includes roles in Blade Runner: Black Out 2022, Hero Mask, and the Gundam Unicorn RE:0096 series.
