Desmond Sivan is a Canadian actor who works in both live-action and voiceover. He is known in the anime and animation community for providing the English voice of Thunder Crunch in the 2023 reboot of the Bakugan anime series. Thunder Crunch, often called TC for short, is a character who suffers from amnesia and has a strong love for food, particularly pickles. Sivan voiced this role over the course of twenty episodes from 2023 to 2024.

Beyond his work on Bakugan, Desmond Sivan has built a broad career as a voice actor in children's animation. His voice can be heard in several popular series including Paw Patrol, Vida the Vet, Riley Rocket, Builder Brothers' Dream Factory, Rosie's Rules, and Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. He also has a growing list of live-action credits, which include playing a young Khan Noonien-Singh in an episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and a younger version of the character Boro in the action series Fubar. His first live-action role was in the short film Adore, a performance for which he won the Best Young Performer award at the 2022 Image Arts Film Festival in Toronto.
