Keong Sim is an American actor recognized for his work in English dubbing for animation and video games, as well as for his performances in film and television. He was born in Vietnam on January 16, 1969, and has a background that includes education at the University of Chicago and experience as a teacher before beginning his acting career in 2003.

Sim is best known to anime and genre audiences for his role as Kenji Noda in the English dub of the 2023 Japanese epic kaiju film Godzilla Minus One. In the film, which is set in post-World War II Japan, his character is a brilliant and dedicated scientist who serves as a crewmate on a minesweeping vessel. Nicknamed Doc, Noda devises the complex and creative plan to defeat Godzilla, showcasing a strategic and analytical mind.

Beyond this notable film role, Sim has a significant presence in the video game industry. He provided the English voice for the character Joon-Gi Han in the acclaimed role-playing game Yakuza: Like a Dragon. His voice acting portfolio also includes dubbing for multiple foreign television series on Netflix.
