Yusaku Hiyama, also known as Yuusaku Hiyama, is a Japanese voice actor born on September 14, 1992, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Osawa Inc.

Hiyama is best known for his role as Draco, the strategist from Planet Boazan, in the Japanese dub of the Filipino live-action film "Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience". Also known as the "Super Electromagnetic Edition," this film is a re-edited theatrical version of the live-action series based on the classic anime "Voltes V". Regarding the role, Hiyama has stated that while dubbing, he aimed to preserve the character image from the original anime while also considering the live-action actor's performance and adding his own interpretation based on the character's situation.

His other anime voice credits include minor roles. In 2022, he voiced Henchman B in the popular series "Chainsaw Man". The following year, in 2023, he played the role of Boy in "Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead". He also had a role in the anime "Duel Masters VSR" as Bolshack NEX.
