Atsuko Sakuraoka, also known by the Japanese name 桜岡あつこ, is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on January 21 in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Kakehi Production. Her professional background is rooted in theater, having been active in high school drama before enrolling in the Japanese Literature department at Rikkyo University. At university, she performed with the campus theater company Theatre Junne. Following graduation, she joined the performance group Shippu DO, the predecessor to Dotoo, and participated in all Dotoo productions until 2017. She has also appeared as a guest actor with other theater companies while simultaneously building a career in television dramas, films, and voice work.

Sakuraoka has an extensive career in voice acting that includes anime, Japanese dubbing for foreign films and television series, radio dramas, commercials, and narration. In anime and animation, her credits include Believer in Lazarus, Old Mrs. White in Anne Shirley, Sachiko Sasano in The Dinner Table Detective, the Landlady in Garouden: The Way of the Lone Wolf, the Prime Minister in Demon Slave, the Clothing Store Manager in Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill, and The AI Teacher in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. She also provided a voice for the film Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway as a Middle-Aged Woman. In the field of dubbing for overseas productions, she is known for her work on the Japanese dub of the series Knuckles, where she played the role of Wendy Whipple.
