Sylvia Salustti, born Sylvia Salustiano Carvalho on December 10, 1974, in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, is a Brazilian voice actress, singer, and voice director. She began her professional career in 1992 after studying lyric singing at the Fluminense Federal University and theater at the school O Tablado. Her early work included an internship at the now-defunct Herbert Richers studio in Rio de Janeiro.

While she is known for dubbing numerous Hollywood actresses in live-action productions, Salustti has an extensive portfolio of work in animation and anime. As a voice actor in anime, she is recognized for several major roles in the Brazilian Portuguese language market. She provided the voice of Cyborg 003 in the series Cyborg 009 The Cyborg Soldier, a performance that earned her a nomination for Best Protagonist Voice Actress at the Prêmio Yamato in 2005. Her other prominent anime roles include Juvia Lockser in Fairy Tail, Lisa in Fire Force, Jericho in The Seven Deadly Sins, Meryl Strife in Trigun, and Princess Allura in Voltron: Legendary Defender. She also voiced Viola in One Piece, Terano Totobami in Kakegurui, and Fujiko Amacha in 7SEEDS.

Beyond anime, Salustti is the official Brazilian voice of Rapunzel from Disney's Tangled and has voiced characters in other animated series such as Pearl in Steven Universe and Nostalgia in Inside Out 2. In live-action dubbing, she is known as the voice of actresses including Sarah Michelle Gellar, Kirsten Dunst, and Gwyneth Paltrow. She was also nominated for the Prêmio Yamato for Best Protagonist Voice Actress for her work as Eva in WALL-E in 2009 and as Quorra in Tron: Legacy in 2011. Salustti played the role of Wanda Whipple in the Brazilian Portuguese dub of the series Knuckles.
