Daniel Picard is a Canadian actor and voice actor based in Quebec, known for his extensive work in the French-language dubbing industry for the region. He studied at the Conservatoire d'art dramatique de Montréal before building a career that includes hundreds of credits across film, television, and animation. In addition to voice acting, Picard is also a lyricist and songwriter; one of his compositions was selected by Celine Dion for inclusion on her 2016 album Encore un soir.

Within the realm of anime and animated series, Picard has voiced several prominent characters. He is the Quebec French voice of the scientist villain Dr. Ivo Robotnik, also known as Eggman, in the live-action Sonic the Hedgehog film series. His work in this franchise includes providing the voice for Jim Carrey's portrayal of Dr. Robotnik in the first two films, and in the third film, he voiced both Dr. Robotnik and the character Gerald Robotnik. His other significant anime roles include the voice of King Louis XV in the historical fantasy series Le Chevalier D'Eon.

Beyond traditional animation, Picard has provided voice work for several major international productions dubbed in Quebec. He voiced Owen Pace in the 2011 action-horror film Priest and played the character Vector in the 2019 cyberpunk film Alita: Battle Angel.
