Hilde de Mildt is a Dutch actress and voice actor, born on November 19, 1959, in Ede, Netherlands. Her full name is Joanna Rijnhilde de Mildt. She began her career in musical theatre after studying at the Amsterdam University of the Arts, debuting in the musical Fien in 1983. She appeared in various stage productions and had a regular role as Sylvia Merx in the long-running Dutch television soap opera Goede tijden, slechte tijden from 1993 to 1997.

Since the early 2000s, De Mildt has been primarily active in the field of dubbing, providing Dutch voices for numerous animated films and television series. She is most widely recognized for her long-standing role as the voice of Jessie, a member of the villainous Team Rocket trio, in the Dutch-language version of the Pokémon anime. Her portrayal of this character has been a constant presence in the franchise for decades. She has voiced Jessie in an extensive list of Pokémon films and series, including many of those specifically listed, such as Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel, Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution, Pokémon Journeys: The Series, Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, Pokémon: Black and White, and Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai. Her voice work for the character is also featured in other major titles like Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life, Pokémon Zoroark: Master of Illusions, and Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!.

Beyond her on-screen role as Jessie, De Mildt has had a significant behind-the-scenes impact on the Dutch localisation of the Pokémon franchise. She is credited with translation, script adaptation, and voice direction for many of the series and films she has acted in, demonstrating a long and deep collaboration with the property. Her work as a voice director and adapter extends to several other projects, including the Dutch versions of the animated series Phineas and Ferb.
