Manou Jue Cardoso is a Dutch voice actor, singer, and actress, born on January 3, 2004, in the Netherlands. She began her career in voice acting at a very young age, starting at seven years old after being discovered by a director while performing in a musical. Her early work included voicing the character of young Anna in the Dutch dub of the Disney film Frozen, a role that required her to perform both speaking and singing parts.

Cardoso is widely recognized for her voice work in the Dutch version of the Pokémon animated series. She provided the Dutch voice for the character Bonnie in the Pokémon the Series: XY anime and its associated films, including Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, and Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel. This role involved extensive voice work, including producing high-pitched sounds and screams, which she noted could be taxing on her voice.

Beyond Pokémon, her extensive voice acting portfolio includes a wide range of characters in animated series and films. She voiced Doc in De Speelgoeddokter, Chelsea in various Barbie projects, Merel Hobbel in De Hopeloze Heks, Beestje in Hotel Transsylvanië 2, Mia in Annie, Heidi in Heidi, and Bridget in Vampirina. She also voiced the character Cami in the Disney+ series Coop & Cami, and was the voice of Wissper in the Dutch version of the children's television program Wissper. Her work also includes voicing Libby in the Dutch dub of the Disney Pixar film The Good Dinosaur. In addition to films and television, Cardoso has lent her voice to various talking toys found in stores.

In addition to her voice acting, Cardoso has pursued on-screen acting roles and music. She has appeared in Dutch television series such as Brugklas, Gamekeepers, and H3L, and in the film First Kiss. She was also a member of the girl group DREAMZ, which competed in the Junior Songfestival in 2017. Her early stage work included a role in the musical The Sound of Music.
