Luiza Cesar is a Brazilian actress, voice actor, singer, and dancer, recognized for her work dubbing animation, live-action series, and films into Brazilian Portuguese. She was born in Rio de Janeiro on September 10, 1994, and is the daughter of renowned voice actor and director Mabel Cezar. Her professional career in voice acting began at the age of twelve. Cesar trained at the Escola Técnica de Teatro Martins Penna and has also specialized in the Mabel Cezar Method of dubbing. Beyond performance, she has worked as a dubbing instructor since 2018 and has experience in theater, musicals, and dance.

Cesar's voice work spans a wide range of characters in animation and anime. One of her notable roles is providing the Brazilian voice for Bonnie in the Pokémon anime series, specifically in Pokémon XYZ and the film Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel. In the world of animation, she is known as the voice of Gwen Stacy, the Spider-Woman, in the Academy Award-winning films Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. Her other prominent voice credits include Faline in Bambi II, Nikki Ramos in the series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Barkk and the first voice of Lila Rossi in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, and Bodhi Loud in The Loud House.

Her dubbing work has earned her significant international recognition. In 2023, she received the SOVAS Voice Arts Award for Outstanding Dubbing Performance for her role as Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. She won the award again in the same category in 2024 for her performance as Taylor in the series The Summer I Turned Pretty, marking her second consecutive win at the ceremony.
