Adrian Cook is an actor known for providing English voice work for anime dubs. Cook is most recognized for the role of Puck in the FUNimation English dub of the Dragon Ball GT television special, Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy. In this special, Puck is a school bully who initially torments the protagonist Goku Jr. but later becomes his friend and companion on a journey to Mount Paozu.

Beyond this prominent role, Cook's anime voice acting credits consist primarily of background or additional voices in several other series and films. These include performing as Additional Voices in the series Fullmetal Alchemist and the film Burst Angel: Infinity, as well as the role of Shopkeeper and Additional Voices in Detective Conan. Cook also voiced Villager A in the English version of the film Dragon Ball Z: The Two Are at Risk.
