Chisa Kimura is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Hyogo Prefecture, born on August 28. She is a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute and is affiliated with the agency VIMS.

Kimura began her career in 2016, taking on minor roles in anime such as LoveLive! Sunshine!! and video games like Idol Connect -AsteriskLive-. Her breakthrough and most iconic role came in 2018 when she was cast as Daiwa Scarlet in the multimedia franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby. She has since reprised this role consistently across all facets of the franchise, including the television anime series' second and third seasons, the OVA BNW no Chikai, and the mobile game. Her performance as Daiwa Scarlet is widely considered her signature work.

Another notable anime role from the same year was Akari Oshiro in the beach volleyball series Harukana Receive. Beyond these, her filmography includes a wide range of video game credits, such as柚木ミユ (Miyu Yuzuki) in Idol Connect -AsteriskLive-, the character Risu in GalGun 2, and roles in games like Quiz RPG: The World of Mystic Wiz and Azur Lane.

In addition to voice acting, Kimura is also a singer and lyricist. In 2020, she formed the music unit Murasaki with composer Ramsini, for which she provides vocals and writes lyrics. The unit has released mini-albums, including Osaki☆Mammabu in January 2024. Her musical talents are also prominently featured within the Uma Musume franchise, where she has performed numerous character songs and participated in ensemble pieces and live stage events with the cast.

Kimura is known for her energetic personality and native Kansai dialect. Her body of work demonstrates recurring collaborations with fellow Uma Musume cast members, such as大桥彩香 (Ayaka Ohashi) and上田瞳 (Hitomi Ueda), as well as with director及川启 (Kei Oikawa) on multiple projects. In April 2025, she announced her marriage on social media, expressing gratitude to her fans for their continued support.
