Álvaro Balas is a Spanish voice actor working in the dubbing industry. He remains professionally active and is known for providing voices for adolescent characters. His first known role in dubbing was the character Blue in the 2013 film The Smurfs 2.

Balas is recognized for his work in animated films and series, particularly within family and fantasy genres. One of his most notable roles is providing the voice for Miles "Tails" Prower in the Spanish dubbing of the 2020 film Sonic the Hedgehog, a role in the feature film based on the popular video game franchise. In the same film, he also voiced a younger version of the main character, Sonic the Hedgehog.

Beyond his work in the Sonic film, his voice acting credits include several other significant productions. In the Disney animated series Iwájú, Balas voiced the character Kole Adesola. He also took on the role of Roman Russo in the series The Wizards of Waverly Place and in its sequel series titled Vuelven los magos de Waverly Place.

His work extends to various other projects, where he has provided voice work for a range of characters. He voiced Idia Shroud in the series Disney Twisted-Wonderland: La serie and lent his voice to a Gundam pilot in the animated feature Gundam: Réquiem para una venganza.
