Masumi Tsuda is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on September 11, 1963. She is a native of Yamaguchi Prefecture, having grown up in the city of Shinnanyo before it became part of the present-day city of Shunan. After graduating from Yamaguchi Prefectural Tokuyama High School, she pursued theatrical training at the Seinenza Research Institute. She launched her professional acting career in 1986 when she officially joined the Seinenza theater troupe.
