Kirk Baily was an American voice actor born on February 2, 1963, in New York City, New York, who also worked under the pseudonyms Bo Williams, Paul Baily, and Bill Williams. He passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 59 following a battle with lung cancer.

Baily began his entertainment career as a sound coordinator on the film Killer Klowns from Outer Space in 1988 before transitioning into voice acting and on-screen roles. In live-action, he was best known for playing counselor Kevin Ug Lee on the Nickelodeon sitcom Salute Your Shorts. However, he built an extensive career as a voice artist in anime dubbing, video games, and animated films.

In the world of anime, Baily provided English voices for numerous notable series. He played the significant antagonist role of Millions Knives in the classic series Trigun. He voiced Shin in the landmark series Cowboy Bebop and appeared in the film Cowboy Bebop: The Movie as a hostage-taking robber. His other anime voice credits include Yamaguchi in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Garma Zabi in the Mobile Suit Gundam movie trilogy, Tetsuya Kajiwara in Fushigi Yûgi and its subsequent OVAs, Beninosuke in Carried by the Wind: Tsukikage Ran, Masaya Makino in.hack//Liminality, and Ichiro Komyoji in Android Kikaider. He also contributed additional voices to feature film dubs such as Metropolis, Ah My Goddess The Movie, and From Up on Poppy Hill, as well as roles in series like Vampire Princess Miyu and Saint Tail.

Beyond his focused anime work, Baily was a prolific voice actor in mainstream animation and live-action blockbusters.
