Kirk Baily was an American voice actor born on February 2, 1963, in New York City, New York, who also worked under the pseudonyms Bo Williams, Paul Baily, and Bill Williams. He passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 59 following a battle with lung cancer.
Baily began his entertainment career as a sound coordinator on the film Killer Klowns from Outer Space in 1988 before transitioning into voice acting and on-screen roles. In live-action, he was best known for playing counselor Kevin Ug Lee on the Nickelodeon sitcom Salute Your Shorts.
