Naoki Oikawa is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on October 7, 1962 in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Stardas 21 and has training from the literary座 acting school, with a background in the theater company Osaka Liliput Army.

Oikawa is most recognized for his voice work in video games, particularly within the Samurai Spirits series, also known as Samurai Shodown, developed by SNK. He is the established voice of the character Kazama Sogetsu across multiple titles in the franchise. His credits in this role include the games Samurai Spirits: Amakusa Kourin, Samurai Spirits Zero, and Samurai Spirits: Rokuban Shoubu. He also performed voice work for other characters in the series, such as Kyuuou Sourou and Giant Panda in Kenkaku Ibunroku: Yomigaerishikuren no Yaiba.

Beyond his established video game roles, Oikawa has an extensive career in dubbing foreign films, television series, and animation for the Japanese market. His dubbing credits include the recurring role of Robert Childan in the Amazon Prime series The Man in the High Castle across multiple seasons. Other notable dubbing work includes roles in Hawaii Five-0, MacGyver, The Good Wife, the anime film Lupin the IIIRD: Daisuke Jigen's Gravestone, and the Disney XD series Kung Fu Panda: The Series. He has also contributed to the Japanese localizations of major film franchises, including The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
