Kensuke Matsui is a Japanese voice actor from Aichi Prefecture. He is affiliated with the agency Atomic Monkey, having graduated from the first term of its affiliated training school. His birthday is July 12, his blood type is B, and his known hobbies include shogi, reading, and cycling.

Matsui's career in voice acting began in the mid-2000s. One of his earliest television anime roles was Takumi Campbell in the 2006 series Lemon Angel Project. In the years that followed, he appeared in supporting capacities in a number of other series, including a student role in D.C. II, various characters in the comedy series Seitokai Yakuindomo (known as Maid in Sweden in some regions), and a soldier role in the first season of DOG DAYS.
