Una Nagisa is a Japanese voice actress born on May 12 in Fukui Prefecture. She is affiliated with the agency Office-tb. Her blood type is B, and her height is 155 centimeters. She previously performed under the stage name Yuko Kawade. She is a graduate of the Amusement Media Sougou Gakuin. Her interests include baking and visiting restaurants, and her special skills are illustration and calligraphy. She also holds a standard Japanese driver's license and has proficiency in piano and Shorinji Kempo.

Nagisa is best known for her role as Groza in the series Shironeko Project: Zero Chronicle, which premiered in April 2020. This role was a reprisal, as she had previously voiced the same character in the original Shironeko Project mobile game beginning in 2014. In the English dub of the anime, her performance as Groza was dubbed by voice actress Tia Ballard.

Her other major anime voice roles include appearing as Osamu in the surreal comedy series Nichijou, as Toyo in the series Manyuu Hiken-chou, and as a homeroom teacher in an episode of Okami-san & Her Seven Companions. She also portrayed a child in Queen's Blade: Rebellion, an elderly woman in both Tari Tari and The Pet Girl of Sakurasou, and a couple woman in A Lull in the Sea. One of her early credited roles was as Villager A in an episode of Hyperdimension Neptunia.
