Mei Fukuda is a Japanese voice actress and actress born on November 8, 2000, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Ace. Her career spans both animation and live-action television and film, with early work in voice acting beginning in the mid-2010s.

In the world of anime, one of her confirmed voice roles is Aiko in the 2018 short-form anime series Sono Toki, Kanojo wa. This series, set in Fukuoka, follows the romantic lives of four young women, with Fukuda voicing Aiko, a shy seventeen-year-old student who is academically gifted but struggles with sports and romance. Other notable voice acting credits include the role of Saeko Ogatsu in the 2018 sports anime Hanebado!, also known as The Raging Badminton Princess.
