Kurumi Haruki is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Aksent. She is from Tokyo, Japan, and trained at the Tokyo Anime Voice Actor & e-Sports College before completing the Aksent affiliated training program, Shine's 23rd class. Her birthday is documented as November 26, though her full date of birth has not been publicly released. In December 2025, she changed her professional name from Shizuki Kurumi to Haruki Kurumi.

Haruki is an emerging performer whose most prominent role to date is Tetia in the 2026 television anime adaptation of Witch Hat Atelier. She was announced as part of the main cast in February 2026, and upon learning of her casting, she stated that she was so surprised she almost forgot to breathe and that tears of joy would not stop. She described Tetia as a character whose hard work, kindness, and love inspired her, and she dedicated herself fully during the recording sessions.

Her additional anime voice credits include student roles in Medalist and Puniru Is a Cute Slime, as well as a child and a baby mouse in Champignon no Majo. Haruki has also worked extensively in dubbing for foreign live-action and animated productions. These roles include Nika in Those About to Die, Young Tommy in The Last of Us Season 2, Olivia in Poker Face Season 2, Farnie in Disney Junior Ariel, Zagreus in Blood of Zeus Season 3, and a role in Lord of the Flies.
