Mike Liscio, also known professionally as Michael Liscio or Michael Liscio Jr., is an American voice actor recognized for his extensive work in English-language dubs of major anime franchises. He was born on July 4, 1986, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater from Montclair State University. His career is notably defined by his long-standing contributions to both the Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! animated series.

Liscio began providing voices for the Pokémon anime during its sixteenth season. He gained his most prominent role in this franchise as Clemont, a young inventor and one of the protagonist Ash Ketchum's traveling companions, in Pokémon the Series: XY. His portrayal of Clemont extended to several Pokémon films set during that era, including Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction and Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages. Beyond this leading role, his voice credits within the Pokémon series are extensive, encompassing major Pokémon characters such as James's Inkay, Ash's Lycanroc, Gladion's Lycanroc, and Ilima, as well as numerous other characters and Pokémon like Komala, Trumbeak, and Clembot.

Concurrently with his Pokémon work, Liscio secured a defining role in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. His first major role in the series was as Mach in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL, later voicing Chironex. He is perhaps best known for his performance in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V, where he voiced the lead character, Yuya Sakaki, as well as Yuya's dimensional counterparts Yuto, Yugo, and Yuri, their original self Z-ARC, and Yuya's father, Yusho Sakaki. To differentiate between the four main counterparts, Liscio employed distinct vocal techniques, voicing Yuto gruffly, Yugo with a deep voice, and Yuri with a high pitch. His association with the franchise continued with a major role as Ai in Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS. He also provides the voice of Teru Kawai in the series Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!!.

Liscio has reprised his roles from both Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokémon in related video games. He provided the voice for Inkay in the game Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U and has reprised his roles as Yuya Sakaki, Yuto, Yugo, Yuri, and Ai for Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. His live-action acting credits include appearances in series such as Law & Order: Organized Crime and Lipstick Jungle. His career demonstrates a strong and recurring collaboration with the English dubs of major anime franchises, where he has taken on both leading and supporting roles across multiple series and films.
