Lauren Choo is a Singaporean-Taiwanese voice actor who works professionally in English, Mandarin, and Korean. Born in Taiwan and raised in Singapore, she pursued higher education in the United States, attending Irvine Valley College before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of California, San Diego. Her interest in voice acting was sparked during a senior seminar course when a professional voice actor was invited as a guest speaker.

Choo has built a career with notable roles across several major video game franchises. Her video game credits include work on Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth, where she recorded multiple roles without knowing the name of the project until its release due to strict confidentiality measures. She has also performed in Goddess of Victory: Nikke, Black Desert Online, Diablo, and Shadowverse. In animation, her voice can be heard in the series Totally Spies! and Bit Wars. One of her recent projects includes narrating the childrens book Grandfather Counts by Andrea Cheng and the speculative fiction piece The Last Flesh Figure Skaters published by khōrēo magazine.

Choo has expressed admiration for fellow voice actors Jennifer Hale, known for roles in Overwatch 2 and Mass Effect, as well as Kelly Sheridan, the voice of Barbie in numerous animated films, and Debra Wilson. Looking ahead, she is set to join the voice cast of the animated series Gods Gang, where she will portray a new Buddhist character in episodes scheduled for release in early 2025.
