Anju Hino

Description
Anju Hino is a manga artist and creator known for originating several manga series, including the work ECHIGOBAKUFU, which received a television anime adaptation. Hino first gained attention as the artist for the manga adaptation of Vatican Miracle Examiner, based on the novel series by Rin Fujiki. Hino illustrated all five volumes of this supernatural mystery series, which follows two priests investigating alleged miracles for the Vatican, with the manga being published in French by Komikku Éditions. Hino later launched the original manga ECHIGOBAKUFU on the LINE manga platform in 2021. The series was subsequently adapted into a television anime that aired in 2022 on Niigata Sogo Television. Concurrently, Hino also served as the artist for My Unexpected Marriage, a manga adaptation of the light novel series Botsuraku Reijō no Ikoku Kekkonroku written by Mashimesa Emoto with illustrations by Machi. The fourth and final compiled volume of this series was released by Square Enix in December 2021. In December 2023, it was announced that Hino would launch a new original manga series titled Kyōganake no Hanayome, which began serialization in Square Enix’s Gangan Joker magazine on January 22, 2024. The story is centered on a mysterious new bride who joins a family of sorcerers.
