Brandon Jay, also known as Brandon Winckler or Brandon James Winckler, is an American voice actor from Chesapeake, Virginia. He has established a career in the anime industry, providing English voices for a wide range of series and video games.

Jay is recognized for several major roles in prominent anime titles. He voices the title character Murai in the romantic comedy series Murai in Love. His other significant anime credits include Eugeo in Sword Art Online: Alicization, Shun Izuki in Kuroko's Basketball, Dale in If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord, Shax Lead in Welcome to Demon School!
