Mark Gibbon is a Canadian television, film, and voice actor who has been active in the entertainment industry since the early 1990s. He is known for his distinctive deep voice and has an extensive body of work in anime dubbing, often contributing to projects produced in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Gibbon has voiced characters in numerous anime series and films. Among his notable roles are Numb-Lock in the series Zoids Wild, Velanade in Tetsujin 28, and Boma in both Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - The Laughing Man and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Individual Eleven. His other significant anime credits include the role of Rou in Tokyo Underground and D/Sergei in Key the Metal Idol.

Beyond these performances, Gibbon has a wide range of credits in the anime genre.
