Tomoko Ikeda

Tomoko Ikeda is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor affiliated with KeKKe Corporation. She was born on November 20, 1987, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Ikeda is a graduate of the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy, the Television Asaichi Ask program, and the New National Theatre Drama School.

Ikeda is best known for her role as the protagonist Aiga Akaba in the Beyblade Burst franchise. She first voiced the character in the 2018 television anime Beyblade Burst Chōzetsu, known internationally as Beyblade Burst Turbo. She reprised the role in subsequent series, including Beyblade Burst Gachi (Beyblade Burst GT) and Beyblade Burst Sparking. Another notable early role was as the cat Toto in the 2018 CG anime series Hoshi no Shima no Nyanko.

Beyond these roles, her television anime credits include appearances in ZOIDS WILD, Healer Girl, and Wonderful Precure!. She has also lent her voice to video games such as 9 R.I.P. and Seiken Densetsu: Visions of Mana. In addition to animation, Ikeda is active in dubbing foreign films and television series, with credits including Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again and The Boys. She also maintains a career in stage performance, having appeared in productions like A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Ikeda is noted for her versatility and linguistic skills. She holds a Eiken Grade 1 certification and has achieved a score of 965 on the TOEIC test. Her other special skills include performing rakugo (comic storytelling) and nihon buyō (traditional Japanese dance), and she holds a shodan (first-degree black belt) rank in kendo.
