Noritake Tao
Description
Noritake Tao is the Japanese author of the light novel series Seven Senses of the Reunion, which was adapted into an anime television series. Born in Yokohama in 1978, Tao began his professional writing career in 2009 after winning an honorable mention in the 10th ENTERBRAIN Grand Prize for his debut work, Welcome to the Bishoujo Game World. He is credited as the sole creator of the original Seven Senses of the Reunion story, which was published by Shogakukan under their Gagaga Bunko imprint. The light novel series ran for eight volumes from August 18, 2015 to September 19, 2018. An anime adaptation produced by Lerche aired from July to September 2018. While Tao is the author of the series, the light novel illustrations were provided by the artist Booota. Beyond Seven Senses of the Reunion, Tao has written several other light novel series, including Leading Blood, The Battle Instructor of Fictitious War, and Second-hand Goods Also Want to Fall in Love, published across various imprints such as Famitsu Bunko and MF Bunko J.
